Never done yoga before? Cool, I got you. Trap Yoga with Kisa is a foundational flow. Which means we start from the bottom & go over all the basics. Students will learn how to increase flexibility, build stamina and create balance through guided alignment in both mind and body.
What a better way to end your day? oin us for body basics a 60 minute hatha yoga flow led by Kisa that’s concentrated on awakening the senses through mindful movement. Perfect for all levels in each session you will be guided through the physical poses (asanas), breath-work (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana). Before the weekend begins lets shed the stress of our work week, and tap in to our better. The only requirement is to bring your body and an open mind
